REGISTRATION
AND INFORMATION DESK
The
Registration Desk will be located at the Conference
Office at Chandigarh, India.
In order to register, please bring along your letter of confirmation,
which entitles you to pick up your Congress kit.
NAME
BADGE
Participants
and accompanying persons will receive a name badge. Everyone
is kindly requested to wear this badge for all Congress activities.
CERTIFICATES
OF ATTENDANCE
The
certificates will be given during the last 2 days (January 7 and 8,
2009) to every participant who has paid the registration fee and has
attended the congress. For your Certificate, please return to the
Secretariat the Congress
Evaluation Form
(found in the congress kit).
VISUAL
EQUIPMENT
All
meeting halls are equipped with projectors as well as laptops for
speakers needs. Speakers are kindly requested to check and deliver
their presentation to visual reception secretariat at
least (1) one hour before
scheduled presentation.
